How To Make Berry Cheesecake Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of cream cheese (softened to room temp)
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 8 oz of whipped topping (thawed)
  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 2 cups of chopped strawberries

Step-by-Step Guide

1. In a large bowl add the cream cheese and beat using a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the powdered sugar and beat until it’s fully combined.

 2. Add the vanilla and heavy cream and mix once more.

 3. Add all the berries and fold until everything is mixed together.

Tips and tricks!

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
  • After using the hand mixer do not mix, only fold. Folding prevents the berries from dying the cream cheese mixture.
  • You can serve this with graham crackers, vanilla wafers or add to little cups and eat with a spoon!
