How To Make Copycat McDonald’s McChicken

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups club soda

Step-by-Step Guide

1. In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black powder and ½ teaspoon paprika.

2. Shape chicken mixture into 4 patties and freeze on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes.
