Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups quick oats
  • 1 cup pure pumpkin
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Step-by-Step Guide

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add all of the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until a dough is formed.

Create 12 balls, and form into cookie-shaped circles on the prepared baking sheet.
