Apple Cider Glazed Pork Chops
These Apple Cider Glazed Pork Chops are the perfect mix of savory comfort and cozy fall flavor.
Each chop is seared until golden and juicy, then coated in a glossy glaze made from apple cider, a touch of Dijon mustard, brown sugar and more.
The cider reduction adds a sweet, tangy depth that clings to the pork, balancing out the richness of the meat with a bright, slightly tart finish.
The glaze has a silky, almost caramel like texture that makes every bite feel indulgent, while still being light enough to pair beautifully with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or even a crisp green salad.
It’s a dish that feels rustic and homey, but elegant enough for company.

- 2 tbsp of olive oil (divided)
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp onion powder

1. In a medium sized bowl add the pork chops, 1 tbsp of oil, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper and thyme.

2. In a large pan add the remaining oil and turn the heat to medium high.
Once the pan is hot, cook the pork chops until golden brown and cooked all the way through, around 3-5 minutes.
(depending on how thick the pork chops are)
3. Once the pork chops are completely cooked, set aside.

Add the apple cider, brown sugar, butter and Dijon mustard and stir with a whisk to get all the bits from the bottom of the pan.

Cook on a medium heat until it thickens up.

4. Serve the pork chops over mashed potatoes and drizzle the glaze all over top.
Enjoy!
You can top with fresh parsley if you’d like. (Optional)

- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
- Dry the pork chops before seasoning!
- If the glaze does not thicken you can always add 1 tbsp of cornstarch and 1 tbsp of water to a cup and stir, then add that to the glaze and stir to thicken.
