Apple Cider Glazed Pork Chops

These Apple Cider Glazed Pork Chops are the perfect mix of savory comfort and cozy fall flavor.

Each chop is seared until golden and juicy, then coated in a glossy glaze made from apple cider, a touch of Dijon mustard, brown sugar and more.

The cider reduction adds a sweet, tangy depth that clings to the pork, balancing out the richness of the meat with a bright, slightly tart finish.

The glaze has a silky, almost caramel like texture that makes every bite feel indulgent, while still being light enough to pair beautifully with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or even a crisp green salad.

It’s a dish that feels rustic and homey, but elegant enough for company.
