These Arby’s Beef and Cheddar Sliders are my new favorite thing.  Perfect for appetizer, lunch or dinner!

Roast beef, Arby’s sauce and cheese sauce are sandwiched between soft Hawaiian rolls.

Melted butter, poppy seeds and dried onion top the buns before going in the oven. 

These are always a hit!

How To Make Arby’s Beef and Cheddar Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half
  • ½ cup Arby’s Sauce or Country French Dressing
  • 13-14 ounces thin sliced roast beef
  • 15 ounce can cheese sauce (I like Ricos)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onions

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.

3. Place the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls into the pan.

4. Spread the cheese sauce onto the rolls.

5. Place the roast beef onto the rolls.

6. Top with the Arbys sauce.

7. Top with the top half of the rolls.

8. In a small microwave safe bowl melt your butter.

9. Add the poppy seeds and minced onion to the butter.

10. Brush the butter mix all over the rolls.

11. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until just golden.

Tips and Tricks

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • You can add bacon or diced jalapenos if you like!
