Buffalo Chicken Salad

This Buffalo Chicken Salad is so full of spicy flavor and is always a crowd favorite.
Shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, celery, carrots and ranch create a flavorful, spicy (but not too spicy) chicken salad perfect for sandwiches!
How To Make Buffalo Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mild buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
- Ranch for drizzling

Step-by-Step Guide
1. In a large bowl combine your shredded chicken, mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, chopped celery, carrots and dry ranch seasoning.
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.
3. Place on bread or croissants and top with a little ranch dressing and drizzle of hot sauce.
4. Serve!

Tips and Tricks
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can use any hot sauce you like but I like to use Franks Wing Sauce.
- This is also great with crackers.
