Buffalo Chicken Salad

A chicken sandwich on thick white bread is topped with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, served on a white plate with a red checkered napkin underneath.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mild buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • Ranch for drizzling

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine your shredded chicken, mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, chopped celery, carrots and dry ranch seasoning.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour to chill.
  • Place on bread or croissants and top with a little ranch dressing and drizzle of hot sauce.
  • Serve!
