How to Make Coffee Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (e.g., Pillsbury Grands)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Optional: 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Arrange the Rolls:
Place the cinnamon rolls in the prepared dish, spacing them slightly apart.
3. Add Cream & Coffee:
In a measuring cup, mix the heavy cream and brewed coffee.
Pour this mixture evenly over and around the cinnamon rolls, ensuring the bottom of the pan is covered.
4. Prepare the Topping:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
If using nuts, fold them in.
5. Top the Rolls:
