Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Arrange the Rolls: Place the cinnamon rolls in the prepared dish, spacing them slightly apart.
Add Cream & Coffee: In a measuring cup, mix the heavy cream and brewed coffee. Pour this mixture evenly over and around the cinnamon rolls, ensuring the bottom of the pan is covered.
Prepare the Topping: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined. If using nuts, fold them in.
Top the Rolls: Spoon the butter mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the Icing: While the rolls are baking, take the included icing packets and mix in 2-4 teaspoons of strong brewed coffee until smooth.
Frost & Serve: Once the cinnamon rolls are out of the oven, spread the coffee-infused icing over the warm rolls. Serve immediately and enjoy!
