How To Make Love At First Bite Pizzas

Ingredients:
- 2 cups self-rising flour (or make your own with 2 cups all-purpose flour, 3 tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt)
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Olive oil, for brushing
- ½ cup pizza sauce (or more as needed)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
- Pepperoni slices (as needed)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Red pepper flakes, for sprinkling
- Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add the self-rising flour. Make a well in the center.

3. Add Greek yogurt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt to the well.

4. Mix until combined, forming a dough. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.

5. Divide the dough into 16 small balls.


6. Roll out each ball thinly. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter or a knife to cut out heart shapes.
7. Transfer the heart-shaped dough pieces onto the prepared baking pan.

8. Lightly brush each piece with olive oil.
