Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add the self-rising flour. Make a well in the center.
Add Greek yogurt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt to the well.
Mix until combined, forming a dough. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 16 small balls.
Roll out each ball thinly. Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter or a knife to cut out heart shapes.
Transfer the heart-shaped dough pieces onto the prepared baking pan.
Lightly brush each piece with olive oil.
Top each heart with a thin layer of pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and any other desired toppings.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, grated Parmesan, and fresh basil.
