Slow Cooker Cheesesteak Tortellini

This Slow Cooker Cheesesteak Tortellini is always a winner in my house!
Ground beef, onions and peppers slow cook before you add cheese tortellini, cheese and heavy cream to create a delicious cheesy sauce.
This dinner is picky eater approved and a great easy weeknight meal!

How To Make Slow Cooker Cheesesteak Tortellini

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained.
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 19 ounce bag frozen cheese tortellini
- 8 ounce shredded provolone mozzarella blend
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Step-by-Step Guide
1. To the slow cooker add your cooked ground beef, bell pepper and onion.

2. In a mixing bowl whisk together the garlic, beef broth, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
3. Pour the beef broth mixture over the beef.
4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

5. Open the slow cooker and add the tortellini, stirring to cover it all.
6. Cover and cook for 30 minutes to an hour until the tortellini is cooked through.
7. When the tortellini is cooked though, stir in the cheese and heavy cream.
8. Cover and let melt for 5 minutes.

9. Serve!

Tips and Tricks
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can a bit of red pepper flake for kick.
- You can use frozen peppers and onions if you like.
