How To Make Slow Cooker French Onion Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 2 onions, sliced
- 3 pound chuck roast
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 3 large carrots, sliced
- 10.5 ounce can french onion soup
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup water Parsley for garnish

Step-by-Step Guide
1. To your slow cooker add your sliced onions, potatoes and carrots and place the chuck roast on top.
2. Whisk together the french onion soup, beefy onion soup mix, garlic and water.

3. Pour over the chuck roast.

4. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 6 hours until the meat falls apart.

5. Garnish and serve!

Tips and Tricks
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can top this with a little swiss cheese if you like.
- This is amazing on top of mashed potatoes but also makes a great sub.
- Make a little cornstarch slurry and thicken up the gravy if you like.
