chuck roast

baby potatoes
halved

large carrots
sliced

ounce
can french onion soup
1
envelope beefy onion soup mix
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1
cup
water
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
To your slow cooker add your sliced onions, potatoes and carrots and place the chuck roast on top.
Whisk together the french onion soup, beefy onion soup mix, garlic and water.
Pour over the chuck roast.
Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 6 hours until the meat falls apart.
Garnish and serve!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
You can top this with a little swiss cheese if you like.
This is amazing on top of mashed potatoes but also makes a great sub.
Make a little cornstarch slurry and thicken up the gravy if you like.
