Cut the chicken breasts into long strips that are skinny about 1/2 inch wide, you want to cut them to be the size the burger king chicken fries are.
Into three shallow bowls or pie pans prepare your breading.
Into the first plate add your flour.
Then next beat your eggs and add to a second dish.
The final plate is your bread crumbs with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper.
In a large skillet over medium high heat add your oil an inch deep and heat up (you want the oil to be 350 degrees).
Bread the chicken fries.
Dredge them in flour first, then the eggs, then the bread crumbs and set aside.
Fry in batches for 4-5 minutes until the chicken fries are cooked through and golden.
Drain on a rack.
Repeat until all the chicken fries are cooked.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
