frozen meatballs

small onion
chopped

of garlic

(1 ounce) envelope birria seasoning packet
1
cup
beef stock

cup
tomato paste
2
tablespoons
liquid from chipotle in adobo
Red onion
cilantro, lime, jalapenos for topping
Instructions
To your slow cooker add the meatballs and onion.
In a small bowl whisk together the garlic, birria seasoning, beef stock, tomato paste and liquid from the chipotle in adobo.
Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Garnish with red onion, cilantro, lime and jalapenos.
Serve!
