Small onion

Small jalapeno

chopped (plus more for garnish)

pineapple juice

soy sauce

ketchup
Lime slices
jalapenos and scallions for topping
Instructions
In the bottom of your slow cooker add your onion and jalapenos.
Season the chicken both sides with the jerk seasoning.
In a large skillet over medium high heat place the thighs skin side down and cook for 3-5 minutes until just browned.
Place the chicken skin side up in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl mix together the garlic, brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce and ketchup.
Sprinkle with the scallions.
