Fill a pot with water and place over a high heat. In a large bowl add the steak, pepper, salt and soy sauce and stir to coat. Slice the steak into cubes. In a large sized skillet add the oil to the pan. Turn the heat to medium high and add the steak. While the steak is cooking add the noodles to the boiling water and cook until done.
Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side or cook until your liking. Remove the steak and set aside. Add the garlic, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sriracha, soy sauce, honey and red pepper flakes to the same pan. Stir and cook over a medium to low heat. Drain the pasta and add the butter and stir. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and cubed steak.
Toss the noodles and steak until the sauce has fully coated the noodles and steak. Top with chopped scallions or sesame seeds. (toppings are optional) serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
You can lower the amount of sriracha and red pepper flakes if you don’t want it that spicy.
Adding a veggie like broccoli or red bell pepper to this would be yummy.
Add more or less time depending on how you like your steak cooked.
